What is Shiatsu?
Originating in Japan, Shiatsu is a safe and effective therapeutic form of treatment based on 5000 years of experience. It has been called Acupuncture without needles and Japanese Physiotherapy. It involves different techniques to soothe, balance, release and/or stimulate the body systems to enable ease and relaxation to return to the body.
Conditions that Shiatsu benefits or helps to prevent:
